This policy covers www.bradymills.com. It explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and who else sees it. Brady Mills LLC is an Atlanta based web design and digital marketing agency, and in this policy “we” means Brady Mills LLC.
What we collect
What you send us. Every form on this site asks for a name and an email address. Some ask for a phone number, a website address, and whatever you write in the message box. The audit request form requires a website address, because the audit is of that site. We only get what you type.
What arrives automatically. Our host records standard server information when a page is requested: an IP address, a browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages get used and where visitors arrive from.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information. Please do not send health, financial account or government identification details through these forms.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to deliver anything you asked for such as an SEO audit, to keep the website working and secure, and to understand which pages are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
When you submit a form it passes through our website host and into our customer relationship system, where our team reads and replies to it. The services involved are:
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes the form submission.
- GoHighLevel — our CRM, where inquiries are stored and answered, including any text messages.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — measurement, on the live site only, and only if you accept.
Each has its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and the people who use it.
Text messages
We do not share mobile numbers for anyone else’s marketing. If you tick the box asking for text updates, the mobile number you give us and your consent to be texted are used only by Brady Mills Agency to reply to you about your inquiry. That information is never sold, and it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or lead-generation purposes.
Texting us is optional and is never a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We keep a record of when consent was given and the wording you agreed to, because the mobile carriers can ask us to produce it.
Cookies and analytics
Nothing loads until you say so. The first time you visit we ask whether we may measure your visit. Google Analytics is not loaded, and no analytics cookies are set, unless you accept. If you decline, or simply ignore the question, nothing is loaded and nothing about the site changes.
If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones and to see how people move through the site. Your choice is remembered in your own browser. Clearing your browser storage makes us ask again, and most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly.
Embedded video
Videos on this site show a still image until you click play. Nothing loads from the video provider before that, so no video cookies are set unless you choose to watch something. Once you press play, Vimeo can see that request and its own privacy terms apply.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our CRM so we have a record of the conversation and can pick it up again if you come back. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in Google Analytics. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
Write to us at the address below and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in a place with specific privacy rights, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, those rights apply and we will honor them. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted securely. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
